Privacy Policy
Our privacy policy
We respect your right to privacy. We have developed this statement to inform you of our data gathering and dissemination practices.
You can be assured of our commitment to protecting your privacy. We will not collect any personal information from you that you do not volunteer, and we are the sole owner of all information collected on this site. We do not sell, rent or otherwise distribute this information.
1. What Information Do We Gather and How Do We Gather It?
A. IP Address: Our Web servers gather member IP addresses both to help diagnose service problems and for systems administration. IP addresses are also sometimes used to gather broad demographic data.
B. Cookies: We use a standard Internet technology called “cookies” to store and track visitor information. A cookie is a small text file that is automatically stored on your computer for future retrieval. My hosting company places a cookie on your hard drive only for the purpose of recognizing you upon return to our site. They do not store any purchase information in this file. If you do delete your cookie, you will be asked to log in when you return.
C. Affiliate and Customer Membership Application and Approvals: To process your membership, we ask you for common information we require of all registrants, including your name and E-mail address. We also require a mailing address. Payment information may include your banking information if paying by online check. If an Affiliate requests to be paid commissions directly into their bank account, this information is also required and stored securely.
D. Optional 3rd Party Enrollments: In order to receive benefits from some 3rd party product or service providers being made available to GRN customers or Affiliates, you may be asked to provide additional identifying information. When you choose to accept a special 3rd party provided offer, we forward your contact information to the applicable provider for fulfillment. The providers of these offers you have chosen to receive may use the information you provided in accordance with their own privacy policies.
In addition, from time to time this site may offer promotions for other businesses. Clicking on a link or banner ad will take you to the website for that business. While great care is taken in selecting the businesses to partner with, we have no control over and accept no responsibility for how that firm’s website handles your visit (including, but not limited to, the use of “cookies”).
E. Other Site Features: Certain other features such as “send this link to a friend” or “Request Information”, or “Subscribe to this email newsletter/Send for the report” may also require us to collect personally identifiable information, such as the name and e-mail address of both the sender and the recipient.
2. How Do We Use and Disclose Your Information?
A. E-mail Updates: We believe in giving you access to products and services of value to you as quickly as possible. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information about you with other companies except to provide products and services you’ve requested, when we have your permission, or when we have a trusted partner or 3rd party provider who works on behalf of or with Global Resorts Network under confidentiality agreements to help Global Resorts Network communicate with you about offers from us or our 3rd Party providers. However, these 3rd party providers operating under confidentiality agreements do not have any independent right to use or share this information.
B. Occasionally, we may also use the information we collect to notify you about important changes to our Web site, new services, and special offers we think you will find valuable.
3. How Do You Opt In or Opt Out or cancel your Global Resorts Network account?
A. You automatically sign up for free Global Resorts Network e-mail updates when you apply for a Global Resorts Network membership or apply to become an Affiliate. You have the option to opt out of receiving these updates. This opt-out messaging will appear at the bottom of every e-mail sent to you.
B. Global Resorts Network gives you the option to remove all your information, at any time, from our database. If you don’t want to receive any form of direct contact from us, please send a written request by mail to Global Resorts Network, 10105 E. Via Linda, #103, Scottsdale, AZ 85258 to cancel your account.
4. How Do You Change Your Personal Information Profile?
In order to ensure that the information we maintain is accurate and up-to-date, Global Resorts Network gives Customers and Affiliates the option to change or modify any information previously provided.
5. Violation of Law, Rule, or Regulation
The conditions enumerated above will not apply in the event that you engage in certain improper conduct. Specifically, Global Resorts Network shall have the right to use or release to third parties personally identifiable information regarding users who use this or any other site on the World Wide Web for any fraudulent purpose, or who otherwise violate any law, rule, or regulation, or who engage in conduct which Global Resorts Network deems improper.
6. How Do We Protect Children Who Visit Our Site?
We will not collect personally identifiable information from children (e.g., under the age of 13). Where appropriate, we will take reasonable measures to inform children NOT to submit such information to our site or in response to advertisements on our site.
If a child has managed to provide us with such information, the child’s parent or legal guardian should contact us by email (support@globalresortsnetwork.com) or mail using our contact information if (s)he would like this information deleted.
